Don’t Miss the 2010 ABA Women In Law Leadership (WILL) Academy!

February 12, 2010

Presented by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession and the ABA Young Lawyers Division

The 4th ABA WILL Academy will be held in Philadelphia at the Lowes Hotel on April 29-30.

I am co-chairing the programming committee and guarantee you that we have a great program planned with top notch speakers and CLE faculty from across the country.  This year’s WILL Academy will feature interactive and highly informative programs concerning cutting-edge issues of importance to every woman lawyer and will enable you to network with leading judges and lawyers from around the country.  Programs will focuse on topics such as: realizing your leadership potential; learning to develop business; taking your career to the next level; concrete advice and guidance and best practices from prominent general counsel, judges, and practitioners.

If you do not get the opportunity to travel to other ABA events often held in different cities throughout the U.S., this is a great opportunity, which does not often arise, to attend an ABA event in your home town.

Co-sponsoring local, state, and national bar associations include: Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania; Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia; Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania; National Association of Women Lawyers; National Bar Association, Women Lawyers Division; Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession; and South Asian Bar Association of Philadelphia

For more information, visit the Commission’s web site at www.abanet.org/women/will.html or contact the Commission at 312-988-5715 or abacwp1@abanet.org.

I hope to see you there!
